Interim and Permanent Executives

Fundamental Capital utilizes our core team of Operating Partners to work with management teams to design and implement their strategic plan. Depending on the needs of the company, these operating partners will serve as board members, CEO mentors, advisors, or interim executives.

While we always provide strategic and operating guidance to our portfolio investments, certain of our Operating Partners are available for permanent CEO positions. Typically, this occurs in transactions where the CEO is looking to retire from the business. In this case, we augment our core group of Operating Partners with our network of highly qualified CEO candidates to find the right match of experience and skills to lead the company.

As companies grow, they also will be recruiting senior executive positions other than CEOs. Through our strategic relationships with firms like CEOJumpstart (CEOjumpstart.com) and executive recruiting firms, we can assist our portfolio companies in their search efforts.
