Investment Criteria

Fundamental Capital invests in growth companies that have reached an inflection point. Companies that require capital and expertise to achieve their vision. The depth of our Operating Partner team enables us to pursue investments and provide strategic and operating guidance to companies operating in a broad range of industries.

We look for the following attributes in our companies:

• U.S. based
• Revenues between $5 million and $50 million
• Cash flow positive
• Manufacturing, Services, Distribution, Retail, Consumer Products businesses

Our targeted investments involve growth capital, buyouts, recapitalizations, and corporate divestitures.

Our philosophy is to create flexible transaction structures to meet the current and future capital needs of our portfolio companies. We seek to invest $2 million to $10 million in each transaction, generally in the form of common and preferred stock.
