Chad Rogers

Chad joined Fundamental Capital in 2005. Previously, Chad worked as the interim CFO for Aliph Inc. a company that developed and sold technology based consumer products for the mobile communications markets. Prior to this Chad spent most of his career focused on identifying, executing and implementing M&A transactions and raising capital for technology companies such as InterTrust Technologies (NASDAQ � ITRU) and Axiomatic Corporation. He began his career as an investment banking analyst with Harris Williams & Company focused on middle market M&A transactions.

Chad holds a MBA for the Haas School of Business at the University of California , Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
