Charlie Walker

Mr. Walker was the (interim) CEO of Cadant, Inc., before it was sold to Arris (NASDAQ: ARRS) in 2002. Cadant was a venture-backed enterprise that successfully developed the cable industry’s leading CMTS platform (a.k.a. the “C4”). Prior to Cadant, Mr. Walker founded and operated two venture capital funds (Access Technology Partners) for Hambrecht & Quist. Prior to Access, Mr. Walker founded and operated Allstate Project Finance, a division within the investment department of Allstate Insurance Company. Mr. Walker is a graduate of Brown University and Northwestern Law School, and is a member of the California Bar Association.
