Kent Romanoff

Kent brings to his consulting practice 21 years of management consulting experience � seven years at a senior level with a large international firm and 14 years running his own firm. Mr. Romanoff specializes in employee motivation and reward, organizational effectiveness, strategy development and implementation, and process improvement.

Mr. Romanoff consults in all industry sectors including Manufacturing, Finance, High Technology, Food & Agriculture, Transportation, and Health Care. Prior to consulting, Mr. Romanoff directed Training and Technical Publications for a high technology manufacturing company in Silicon Valley.

Mr. Romanoff has published on a wide range of human resource and business topics, speaks regularly to conferences and professional organizations, and has taught at the university level.

Mr. Romanoff is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford University where he earned B.A. and M.A. degrees. He has served on two Boards of Directors and is past Vice Chairman of the American Diabetes Association.
